It took more than two years for Tennessee Walt to make it to the Locust Valley Public Library (his debut there was originally set for June 27, 2020), but an enthusiastic audience seemed to feel that it was worth the wait. An Afternoon in the Country was a fitting farewell for Walt, who departed the next morning for northern Michigan, where he'll perform four different shows in six days at the Bay View Music Festival.
