Broadway will come to Mount Vernon on Jan. 26, 2019, as cast-album producer Thomas Z. Shepard brings his popular lecture program, "Recording Broadway: An Afternoon with Thomas Z. Shepard" to the Mount Vernon Public Library at 2 p.m.
