His largest crowd of the season greeted Tennessee Walt with a round of applause as he came onstage to begin "Tennessee Walt's Hanks a Lot!" at the Elmont Public Library on June 29. It was Walt's third appearance at the library, and clearly many in the audience of roughly 200 people remembered him from previous visits.
The show went well, and was followed by two original songs as encores: "Christmas in July" and "The Eclipse."
