"Tennessee Walt's Hank a Lot!"--the new show from the New York-based country singer Tennessee Walt--debuted today at the East Hampton Library, and scored an unqualified hit with an enthusiastic audience.
The new show features songs associated with nine classic country artists named Hank: Hank Cochrane, Hank Garland, Hank Locklin, Hank Penny, Hank Snow, Hank Thompson, Hank Williams, Hank Williams Jr. and Hank Williams III.
The library was also the site of the debuts of Walt's previous shows, "Tennessee Walt's The Other Great American Songbook" (2016) and "Tennessee Walt's Bristol & Beyond: The Birth of Country Music" (
2017).
